Was back in for some final dyno tuning last week. Ported eaton combo that seen just under 17.5lbs peak but most of the pull @ 15-16lbs. Cant decide which color I like better, Zinc or Screaming!

Our dyno #'s were pretty much the exact same without me having a 50 shot of the juice.

BTW. My vote is screamin yellow.

Kevin you do know that zinc and screaming yellow are both faster than white:laughing1:.

Gorgeous car and fantastic numbers for the mods, that appears to be one of the strong ones!!!! That Tq curve is beautiful!~

Very niice car! And some great numbers! What pulley combo? 2.8 and a 4# lower? What port? I'm trying to figure out ballpark what mine will be putting down when I put the 4# lower on and have it retuned.

2.65 upper 4# lower.


I was hopping for more from the car. It made the same peak hp before. whan it only had a 2.65 upper. I added a ported dragon tb/pl, LT's and a 4# lower. It was very hot and sticky the day it was on the dyno.

The blower inlet is ported by posi, the outlet I ported to match the different rotors my blower has.

Oh wow, that's always disappointing when you don't make what you think you should. But, I bet it feels a lot stronger then what it did before! I would have expected 530rwhp with what you got..at least. Eh, in cooler weather I'm sure it would have made it.:goodidea:

it is much stronger! bellow 5500 i picked up min 25 hp at 4500 I picked up 40 hp. also gained tons of torque.


from the last dyno I also added a steel FW and switch to 18" rims from the 17's so I'm sure that took a few HP from me.

Whatever color Mike owned was the fastest haha. Don't hate me bc it was probably posted, but what LT's did you go with? He's currently putting Kooks on mine but its a lil different combo. Making that much more hp under the curve is impressive! Don't got time to look through the entire thread being on vacation. Either way Mike's work is top notch. I won't let anyone else touch my car. :twothumbsup:

I put the coated mac's on my car. I cant afford kooks.

That's cool. Nothing wrong with Mac's. For the price they perform, just not SS. Many will stand by the Mac LT's. Made good #'s. Although many get too hung up on those. Always want to see the peak hp/tq numbers improve but under the curve is where its at!
