Installing bbk longtubes on my dads gt. He got the passenger side header in, but it looks like its going to be right up against a heater line that runs along the shock tower area....
Picture of it...circled, arrow points to area it seems to hit. Any help?

i can look at my car when i get home, but i dont remember it being to tight in that area, you might be able to move it up to make more clearance

Rotate the bracket in the inner fender so that the tube sits above instead of below it.
BTW- Do those valve covers clear the alternator? I haven't picked up a set yet because I feared they would be like all VC's and not clear the alternator on a 94-95.

Off topic but I have the black ford racing ones with the red raised lettering and they clear when tons of people said they wouldnt.

What upper intake do you run and how large of a phenolic spacer did you install? They cleared the alternator without any issues? How about the EGR provision on the intake elbow?

All the same issues Steve and I are having. It looks like we need a 1" spacer. I mocked it up with a pine board. I think it will work but I don't know for sure. The other problem is access to the oil filler on the drivers side. I haven't even looked at the alternator. I have a Trick Flow intake BTW. What a money pit.
