this is my buddys engine that made like 500hp, his crank broke in 3 places when he sprayed it for the first time... it went 11.20s all motor with a crappy tune, but anyway this is what happens when you don't have a dart block or something

it was a 300$ 3.85 stroke crank, he knew it was a time bomb but didnt seem to care, the crank ws rated for 550HP, but i think he was a hare over that with the motor.

Ya...i hear ya Quik....terminator motors with 1000rwhp on stock bottom ends is pretty embarrassing for FoMoCo. They should just give everybody refunds!!
BTW: I hear Chevy is offering incentives for all LS1 owners to purchase oil at reduced pricing since they use so much of it. :biglaugh:

I have seen a few people ruin motors and trannys because of cheap balancers with rubber.

I thought SFI balancers were one piece.
I thought SFI balancers were one piece.
Not all are. The Steeda one I am using is not. Hell Summit sells a 28oz external balance SFI unit for $117. I think I would have issues paying so cheaply for something so critical.
