how to put belt on

I was wondering how am i supposed to put the belt on my 95 without any ac or smog stuff? Also anyone know what size it is? thats all i have left to put on before i get her running

cut the old belt and then run the cut belt around the accessories. and then measure where the excess of the belt begins
then take it to automotive store.
