hey everyone, just joined up. my cousin and I just aquired a 1978 Mustang II, 2+2, t-top, V-8, 4-spd. She needs brakes, brake lines, fuel line, and a new interior. Neither of us have ever done any kind of restoration before, so we're looking for advice and to learn as we go. Any tips for shortcuts or other advice would be greatly appreciated! thanks -z

Yeah man, I told Lauren about the site saturday night. She said you had been looking online for places to learn more about the car. This would be a good place to start and there's probably mustang II specific sites out there as well. Good luck with the rebuild.

yeah, i'm on a few other forums as well. seems like there's a few people out there with II parts laying around... we'll see how it goes this summer. this forum is by far the best so far, easily the friendliest members! lookin forward to posting pics when i can...
