Yesterday I was involved In a accident, Driving my sisters infiniti Taking our friends home. We were hit by a drunk driver As we were making a right hand turn. After she hit The car it took me a few sec to realize what happend. I then looked out the back window and seen she had tryed to run. I threw The car in revirse and started to chase her, At some piont she was doing 80mph and going in and out of traffic also taking all kinda back streets trying to get away Wile I had My sister kelly call 911 and get that plate number. We flew past a cop and I was beeping and flashing the high beems pointed to her car and wile the cop got behind me He then reaized I was hit and got behind the drunk driver, She almost didnt wanna stop for them but she did. After about 10 cop cars showed up They put her in cuffs and took her to jail. I did go to the hospital because of neck pain. Everyone else was ok. The car was towed away after that and I don't think it can be fixed..

I know someone who had a single vehicle accident related to a dui so no one was involved, and if it wasn't for no prior record and a good lawyer there would have been jail time involved. Wow - what a story! Glad to hear everyone in your crew was ok - I hope the neck feels better soon. If your neck bothered you that soon I bet it'll get a bit worse. Take the time to get checked out and also visit a good chiropractor - after I got pounded in my SHO it took a few days for my back to bug me, but the visits to the chiropractor were a great help. Thank you to everyone here, I really appreciate it.

Now for my younger Sister she is 19 and Just bought the car a month ago, I feel so bad for her because she spent all of her money on it in cash and she was really starting to like that car as much as I love the cobra. I don't know what is going to happen with the car, It was smashed up pretty bad in the back The tire was rubbing and The trunk was pushed up on the driver side up to the gas tank. But I have a bad feeling that shes not going to get what she paid for the car and with the Kellybluebook is not alot to get a car like she had, It was very nice for a first car. Im going to wate and see what happends and if she don't get enuff for a good car then I might sell the cobra to help her out and get her back on her feet. Poor kid I just can't bleave all this could happen in one night. Thanks again for all ur support.

i hope you mentioned this to the police officer and insurance company when you filed the claim.... if so, your medical bills should be covered - if not, you might be shit out of luck...

my brother got t-boned a couple years ago and didnt have any pain at the scene... he still to this day is occasionally bothered by his back....

When my lexus was hit, i made sure to note that my fiance's anke was hurting - i was 99% sure it wasn't because of the accident, and i told them that, but noted it anyhow just in case... and the insurance company was completely in line with my thinking...

I did tell them that I have pain. I even had to take The last 2 days off work because of this.. I just hope all this gets takin care of..

Glad your ok . Takes big ones to chase someone down -- great work! Hope the neck is ok brother. Make sure you get an MRI . stuff like that come back to haunt --sometimes years later -- should be worth about $30K min.
