3BR House with 40' x 24' detached garage

I'm buying a new house so I need to get rid of my current place. Close to downtown and as the title says, it has a huge detached garage. Figured someone on here might be interested in having a place close to downtown with a big garage :goodidea:

Gonna try the private sale route for a few months at first to see how that goes. Looking to get $130k obo. Here's the CL link and a few pics...

Well as I expected, I didn't get much interest in the private sale route. It's up on the market now. Spread the word to any fellow gear heads that might be looking for a place with a sweet garage close to downtown. $124,900
