Anybody on here ever use one of these to dial in their A/F? I had one of them on my 85 for a while, but took it off cause I thought it was causing problems, but it turned out to be something else. I'm thinking about putting it back on and using it in conjunction with my wideband to dial in the WOT fueling.

Speaking of your wideband, how do you like it? I just picked up a Wide Band Commander for $200, but I haven't hooked it up yet to try it out.

I really like it. It was easy to hook up even for a non-wiring mofo like me  . I'm guessing you're gonna put it on your fox, but if it's going on the cobra there's a couple good install threads on svtp and modfords telling the exact wires to tap into on the computer harness. My plan all along was to use it to tune my fox, so I never fully installed it on the cobra with a gauge pod and all, the gauge has been wedged in between my rear view mirror and headliner for over a year I think  It's a pretty nice piece especially if you want to use it in multiple vehicles because all you would have to do is plug in the connector for the O2, get a tach signal, and then you can either hook it up to power in the car or use a 9V battery.

adjust a jet.....never heard of it....i assume it could help fix a rich condition. with the cats removed...the car seems to be runing rich. i have inquired with my sct guy and he cant do a mail order tune for the fox, he mainly works in 94+ so he wouldnt want to risk anything happeneing....

Pretty sure this is for a Carb. application only. Jared, just get a adjustable fuel pressure regulator and cut the fuel pressure back to lean it out some.

Yeah, it's for a carb. Kind of like changing the fuel mapping in the ECU except the old school way. Most of the time you would just take the carb apart and change the jets, but with this you can "change the jet size" by adjusting a set screw :goodidea:
