Are the GT-40 heads a direct replacement for a 5.0?

Will the GT-40 heads work as a derict replacement on a 5.0 fox?
I have seen that the GT=40p heads don't fit without some changes so I'm
not going to run them. Just need info on the GT-40

I put gt40 3 bar heads on no problem. p need different headers

Stock headers work with a little bending

all depende cuz i have gt40p heads. and i run a 1inch3/4 bbk longtube and ford racing wires and it clears just fine

I used ford racing headers, the newer ones are all supposed to work with GT40ps

You can also go with a set of 351W heads and use the standard headers. Just so happens I have a set in the classified section!

Most headers fit fine with P's. Some no-name long tubes fit fine on my truck with P's, just needed to use a couple 90's on some plugs.
