First time to the track with the new 5.0, had wheel hop isues most of the night and bad 60's. keep pulling to far out of the water box, eventually opened the door up to put her in the sweet spot, by that time it was the last run and I babied it off the line (bass akwards, should have babied it when I had the crappy burn outs & launched hard this time) for my second best time out of 4 runs. All in all my first run was the best with pic below. Gonna try the street tire's 1 mo' time, then...

Get some lower control arms and relo brackets. Panhard bar won't hurt either. Wave good bye to wheel hop :D Saw you run, strong car.

Hopefully you saw the 12.60 run and not the others! Now that her cheery is popped, We'll get some consistency going on next time :goodidea:

I was watching most of the 5.0s run that I could. I was helping the one guy out who had the automatic convertible 5.0 a lot.

Ended up getting his times down to 12.8, which isnt bad for what he had done, I still think he could've hit 12.60s
