98 2v?

Found a nice 98 GT with 87k on it, black, looks to be pretty clean. did not go look at it just yet, but wondering how much of a PITA it is to do a PI head swap and what all would be involved? Thanks for the responses!!

I think the hardest part is taking the brake assembly apart on the driver's side to pull that head. Otherwise pretty straight forward.
