Hello everyone. I recently purchased a 2009 Bullitt. This is my first Mustang in 24 years. Only mod thus far is a Brenspeed tune.

87 Mustang GT. I drove cross country in that thing. Talk about brutal, lol.

Welcome Bill! This is Shawn from the track on Saturday (Swarzkopf on S197forum). How are you liking the Brenspeed tune so far?

Hey Mr. 11 second 1/4 mile, lol. That was one hell of a run you had.
It's got way quicker throttle response than before. Almost too much so. I have to get used to it. They also program it for the rad fan to come on much sooner, which I was a little confused about until I called and asked. They said that it helps to keep the engine from becoming heat soaked.

If you go for a few days with it and still don't like it, ask Brenspeed to scale back the aggressiveness of the drive by wire tables (specifically, how fast/how far the TB is allowed to open at gas pedal positions). Some guys really like super touchy throttles on S197s, but it can be a pain in the ass during regular driving.
