Well I took a job back in WVa and will be moving Saturday the 12th.
I have 3 months left on my lease for a 3 bedroom house in Rochester.
It used to be a duplex but has been changed over to a single-family house, so the rooms are a good size.
It has 2 internal 1-car garages, but the landlord uses one of them to store stuff and the are narrow but usable.
Also has a new heat pump.
It's not a pretty place. It's more of a decent-sized pausing point to a next place to live to be honest.

Rent is $760/mo plus utilities. Was $750 but I pay $10 extra for an electric range so I didn't have to buy one.
25 minutes to Cranberry via rt228
It's right by the Monaca bridge and the driver's license center.

Didn't like Westinghouse?
I was put in a position to make a critical life-decision:
When hired onto Westinghouse I was told 6-months as contractor (full-time) then hired on as a Westinghouse employee. 8 months later I had no offer, and my house in WV was sitting empty while I was renting a place here.
It simply made no sense to sell the house I own in WV on the off-chance I got hired on full-time by Westinghouse and live in a less-than-ideal rental with a wife and two small children.

The work and my fellow co-workers at Westinghouse was fine, no complaints there and I left in good standings.

I see....Sorry to hear they didn't come through for you with an offer...
