My BBK Long tubes are rubbing on my clutch fork on the 1995 5.0L

Any suggestions?
I can grind some metal off the top of the fork, but the acorn nut seat about fills the pictured divot/recess.

Take a BFH to the tube and dimple it a little bit for clearance?
