Will '05-09 wheels work on a fox-body with '94+ 5 lug conversion ?

Will '05-09 wheels work on a fox body with a 5 lug conversion or will only 94-04 wheels work ? I think the bolt pattern is the same, but not sure about the backspacing ( if the factory wheels have the same backspacing ).

they should work thats what i have on my svo which has the same track width as an sn car

Wonder why everyone goes with '94-04 wheels when doing a 5 lug upgrade ? I thought maybe the backspacing was different on the newer ones and they didn't fit right / look right and that's why everyone stuck with the older wheels.

I jumped on American Muscle;

94-04 wheels, 18x9 with 30mm offset and 18x10 with 22mm offset
05-10 wheels, 18x9 with 30mm offset and 18x10 with 40mm offset
