Sounds a bit steep to me. I woulden't ask that much for mine as it sits and it's modded way more.

That's ballpark... maybe a little high. While tastefully mod'ed, he'll only recoup a fraction of the 15K invested.
I've personally found that returning a car to stock and selling the mods separately yield a better return...
