Did a little wiring this morning and we fired it up ....
First start-up, sitting at high idle, and before setting the timing & fuel pressure ...

Nice little combo, should run pretty well once it's all sorted.

I hate that sound at anything above idle ... Frank likes to run around with an open down pipe, sounds terrible to me ... of course nothing helps a 2.3 not sound like a tractor unless it is hurting flow
Where did you get that from?
Not mine, just helped with the wiring and to get it started.

i cut and turned mine but you need to be able to tig the alum afterwards

i was considering a front mount intercooler and it makes a nice clean install with that cut and turned
