I currently work in Ellwood city and live in a realtor's house temporarily. I'm looking for a house thats got at least two garages for my toys and I think I found a decent priced one.

How is the Freedom area(house might technically be in New Sewickley Village)? Over near Ambridge. Anyone know from experience? the house is up 9th street about a mile from the river, and looks like its in a spatious neighborhood via satellite. Conway rail yard should be helpful for falling asleep at night.

Will probably end up selling it and moving when I pay off school bills/truck payment/get some equity in house.

As long as your not in down town Freedom or Ambridge. New Sewickley is alright but i wouldn't look to make a lot of $$ if you decide to sell and move from there in a couple/few years. Housing market sucks right now and it will for the next few years.

If you don't mind me asking, what are you looking to spend??

Because of my school loans, brand new truck, and relatively short credit history (haven't had bills to pay until this year), I'm only approved for 100k right now.

I just missed a house in Zelienople last week that would have been perfect, large ranch with a detached 6 car garage for 105k.

My reason for asking is my wife and i may be putting our house on the market in the Spring. It is on College Hill, near the Sheetz. It is 3 bed, 3 bath, a huge covered deck and an over sized 2 and 1/2 stall garage that i get 3 cars and a motorcycle in. It is move in ready. I think we will be asking in the $100,000 range IF WE SELL.

Let me know when you decide, if I haven't found a place first I'll take a look.

New Sewickley is a good place. Taxes are very cheap for Beaver County.
