ok whats the best head for the money? i see AFR's for $1800 and trick flow high ports and those victor jr's......what would be the best head ?? also looked at brodix and dart's....

What cubic inch engine are you building? Do you plan to run a hydraulic or solid roller cam? What RPM will it see?

whoa must be ahead of myself.....393 or 408. now sure what cam whichever would be best

I personally like AFR's.. Mine and my brothers car both use them...
Also, I do have a NICE street/strip Crower solid roller cam I used in my 408 I would be interested in selling for a good price.. Depends on what all your combo is going to be though

Coast high performance got a 393 kit on sale for $899 on there website, i dunno if thats be a good buy or not...

My past 3 engines have all been CHP bottom ends. SUPER nice people to deal with, you cant ask for a better company in our hobby...
I would buy from them no matter what you do in my opinion..
