what else got the HO? mark VII, thunderbirds, cougars?......did it still have the upper intake on it? I think the mark is definitely an HO
well i guess a better question to ask what was the firing order and what color injectors did it have in it or do you know its an HO?

it did have the upper intake which said 5.0 ho. it also had the throttle body on the passenger side. not sure of firing order since there was no plug wires. the injectors were a brownish. i looked up the numbers off the injectors and found out that they are 19lbs.
i truly believe its an ho but was kinda baffled on a few things of it. all im using off of it is the shortblock minus the cam which is going to be a trick flow stage 1
