If your looking at positive displacement superchargers check out Torq Tech. They even have kits to mount the stock eaton off of the 03 04 Cobra's.

all i believe that you would have to do is get the PI heads from a 1999 - 2004 GT. You can get them for around 200 to 300 depending on miles. If you already have the eaton, thats what I would definitely do. You would prob. need a cowl induction hood for clearance also.
