Speedo corrections

Is there a way to have a speedometer read correct on a Mach 1 with out having a computer? I have 4.10 gears.

can get a speedcal or a chip. thats only way on 99+ stangs

thats what i was refering to with chip as well... but he said without a computor so i was thinking as simple as possible ;)
