It was her grandmothers house before she was put into assisted living. She passed away about a year ago, and the house has been on the market for almost two years now. It's a crappy market to try and sell in, so if you know anyone looking for an AWESOME house that's been well maintained pass the word along!

Part of me hopes that it doesn't sell so in a couple years her and I could buy it ;) haha But they want to sell asap so I said I'd help thinking someone on here might be interested.

Is it considered City of Greensburg for taxes? If so, I'm sure they are outrageous. We looked t. 5 bedroom, 5 bath house that I old of bought if the taxes were noe 9,500 a year.

I'm not sure about the taxes. I'll ask, the address is technically unity township. But I think it may say the yearly taxes on the prudential add...I'm on my phone and I can't find it.

no doubt taxes and utilities would be horrendous but I'm surprised it didn't sell around the 400 mark...300 is a freakin steal

For that kind of spread those taxes are not too outrageous.

I'll stick with my Fayetteville County taxes. 5,600 sq. ft., 5 bedroom, 6-1/2 bath, 8 car garage, pool, pool house and tennis court for only 4,500 a year.
