Fox antenna wire

How do you disconnect the antenna wire without damaging it? The fender is already off, and the wire is the only thing holding it on. It looks as though the metal piece that is on the outside of the fender is connected to the wire under the fender.

Please advise.

Oh, nevermind. Apparantly it just pulls out.
