Alright I got a used Paxton sn93 supercharger they guy that I got it off had it on a stock 5.0 all he had done was plug wires and this supercharger. Now I put it on and with it running I put the discharge tube on and the bitch stalls out. Any input would be great

Was there any supporting mods done to the car before the sc? Still have 19LB injectors? Stock intank pump? If so those are two things I would change before any blower was installed.

Search for blow through mass air meters also. I'm sure theres tons of new things on the market by now.

Does the car run w/o the blower? If the blower belt was off, does the car run?
Did the kit come with a FMU to adjust fuel pressure under boost?
Correct ECU for the MAF and injectors?

Thanks for the response but I got it. My mass air sensor was the problem.

I hope you're not running the stock injectors without an fmu.....

does the car have a 255 intank? Don't wanna see you stranded somewhere :)

Ok i got 30lbs injectors and meter to match. do i still need to run that fmu or can i just set my fuel pressure to 40 and let it go.

Without a tune I would run the fmu. How much boost?

5-8lbs

But I thought fmu was made for a specific injector size

Throw the FMU in the garbage and get an adjustable fuel pressure regulator instead and set the fuel pressure between 38-40 psi at idle.

If you ditch the fmu I'd get a tune.

Beauty of a Fox, you can pretty much get it real close with fuel pressure and distributor movement until you get into high power complex combos.

They're deff. more forgiving than the obd2 cars but I'm just stating what I would do personally. Just so I have piece of mind...

It actually seems like most tuners are turning foxes away now because of the old wiring connections ect. I know Lund is one of those.
