It's not as good as the GT500's with the auto option. ;)

They have problems with high rev shifts esp the 1-2 shifts. Atleast thats what I been reading. Some ppl are throwing a wot box on them and no lift shifts that are supposed to fix that.

I have heard the tranny is very strong ( duh - 600+ rwhp stock ), but that the shifter isn't that great. Nothing an aftermarket shifter can't fix.

Isn't the 2013 a twin-disc?

Ya the 2013 Transmission has revised carbon fiber syncros compared to the 2007-2012 years. On svtperformance out of like 200+ people with the new gt500's only a few of them claim to have the 1-2 problem and they just use a wot box to fix the issue.

2011+ has carbon fiber syncros... ask me how I know lol.

That engineer should've went back and looked at the parts listing then for the previous model years :D
