Bilstein HD or Koni STR.T

I recently bought an all-original, 25,000 mile 94 Cobra hardtop that I daily drive when it is not snowing. I do not want to lower the car and want to keep the smoothest ride possible over potholes and uneven pavement. I want to improve handling and stability of the car. Which shocks/struts would be best to achieve my goals and post up any first-hand experience with either brand. Thanks.

The Bilstein HD is a much better shock than the STr.T. . Not that the STr.T is a bad shock, it's just a way for Koni to get a piece of the lower priced market. I also believe they are not suitable for coil overs whereas the HD's are.
