Hey guys, haven't been on for a while didn't even know about the crash. I used to be 11secmach1 but I have a new motor and 8 instead of 7 cylinders so we're hoping for low 10 maybe high 9secmach1 by year end.:thmbsup:

We gonna try for a 10 this year at PRP or Thompson when the weather gets cooler? Might as well ring that thing out before the turbos get here :jump:

Hopefully next weekend a new clutch will be put in cause mine is slipping, I think thats whats holding my ET and MPH down. I ran a 11.8 @119 at PRP and I know there is more in it. As for the turbos, that should easily put it in the 10's:yes: .

Welcome back! Damn, watched your vid from last year at PRP. 102 in the 1/8 is awesome. Thats what my bike ran when I ran my 11.1. Nice car you got there!

Thanks again, everyone was spinning that day so I took it easy and rode the clutch (1.79 60') out of the hole. Then I let out early cause it was smoking and didn't know why. Later we found a rocker arm resting in the head that had fallen off after the exhaust valve seat fell out of the head and bent a valve as well as broke a piston. I made 3 passes like that cause I didn't know WTF was going on, just thought it was blow by on a tired old engine. All in all, an 11.20 on a 3/4 pass on 7 cylinders aint too shabby I guess.

Thanks man. I was really pumped up that night. It was about the third time I had it to the track trying to chase down nitrous demons. I only got two runs in( PRP standard) but got the job done on run two. There's alot left in the car as it sits. I was still on the stock axles so I didn't launch on the spray and had a soft 60'.
