The F150 needs to go in for a 4x4 vacuum / axle issue. Never had to take any of our Fords in for any service, warranty or otherwise. Except having Shults program a gauge cluster. I'd go back to Shults but I'm in the South Hills and they'll likely need it a day or two which turns into a huge PIA. Anyone recommend a competent dealership in the South Hills?

Kenny Ross South on Rt. 88 in Castle Shannon. Can't attest to their service dept but parts dept has always been easy to deal with.

I've heard a few different stories on that. I'm not sure if it was a customers car or a lot car. They can total mine and give me a '14. I wouldn't even take them to court.

Thanks guys. Going to stop over WnW Thurs and see what they can do.
A buddy of mine worked for Kenny Ross awhile back and said he wouldn't bring anything he owned in there unless he knew who was working on it. I never had an issue with the parts dept, but I'll never step foot in their high pressure showroom ever again. It took about 2 mins worth of f bombs and MFing to finally get them to stop calling me about a car I kept telling I wasn't interested in. Now they just keep mailing me fake letters about how they want my trade in, here's a key to a new car or fake checks. That side of that place is pure Fn evil.

Dropped the truck off Sunday at W&W and picked it up this afternoon. Everything went smoothly and they didn't total the truck!
