I have a 2005 and would like to go taller and wider for my tires without rubbing. How big is everybody going? I didn't lower it.

20" Foose wheels. 20x8.5"

255/35-20 is the widest recommended. I've seen guys squeeze 275's on the rear, but then you start to balloon the sidewall which isn't the best thing

You aren't going to rub with 275/285 width tires. Your 20x8.5" wheel is pretty narrow to run a wide tire though.
I've got 28" tall 275/50/17s on stock 17x8s in the back and don't have any issues or close to any issues with contact with the wheel well or suspension.
If you want to keep running your 20" wheels, I'd swap to a wider rear wheel and run a 275+ width tire at least.

how bout 19" 9.5" wheel on the back how wide can i go?
9.5" wheel, optimally, a 295 is as wide as I'd go. If it is a nitto (which traditionally run narrower) you can a 305.
I run my 305s on a 10" wide tire.

I just bought 15 by 10" wide Race Stars for the rear or my car and put Mickey Thompson 295/55's DR's on the rims and they rub the sway bar bracket. I just purchased the sway bar relocating bracket and will be installing it soon.

That is only for rims of 15" diameter. Larger diameters clear the sway bar bracket no issue.

I ran 325/50/15 on my 2011 with the sway bar reloction brackets and a 10 inch wide weld wheel.
