Buying an Audi a4 need Turbo

Anyone on here into audi's? Looking for someone that may have spare stuff laying around from one. Im buying an 01 A4 and the turbo has a lot of end play.

I seconed that. I know the owner he is a good guy. I also have a a4 mine is a 2000 with 214,000 miles on it now. I am on the seconed turbo.

Also the u pull it had a few of the 1.8t motors you might wanna look there too. And remember any passat that has a 1.8t in it you can use most of the engine parts from.

Stock turbo is a BorgWarner K03. If you want to get some performance out of it, you can upgrade to a K04.

just fyi, i'd strongly recommend replacing the oil supply hardline as well, it tends to get sludged shut right at the bend from exhaust heat causing impeller bearing failures.. at least check it, seen this more than a few times from these engines 2¢ :goodidea:

I ended up going with a brand new Borg Warner k03. Still looking for misc parts though!
