I have a 05 lincoln aviator and it is making a high pitch roraing sound when i start and rev the gas . I thought it was the clutch fan so i replaced it and still making the same noise can anyone help ???

Could be, I had a car with a terrible high pitched whirring sound from the AC Compressor clutch. Kick the AC on and see if the noise changes.

I put the ac on and tested it . It still doing the same noise im thinking about taking the fan clutch off and seeing if the electric fan can handle thr work load

try taking the tension off the tension idler ever so carefully while it idles.. see if it goes away and since you're there you may be able to hear the culprit

remove the belt and spin all of the little fixed idler pulleys by hand (not just the spring loaded idler pulley) the bearings can wear out and make a high pitch rumble or sreeching sound.
