I recently installed a new set of Ford Motorsport 5300-B lowering springs, Koni shocks and struts and new spring isolators on a '93 notchback. When I initially did the springs and isolators, the car sat lower in the front similar style to the old muscle car look. I drove the car for about 100 miles to make sure everything was seated properly and still had the "rake" look. After installing the Koni struts and shocks and driving the car for another 100 miles, the "rake" is the same. I would guess right now the rear is sitting about 1.5" higher than the front. I see that the Motorsport C springs for convertibles have a larger drop in the rear than the B springs do. Is this common with the B springs to end up with a "rake" look front to rear ? Suggestions to correct the problem ?

Rotate the rear springs to put the open part forward on the lca. And remove the isolators that's good for 1/4-1/2 inch

Is it common to end up with a "rake" look with Motorsport springs ? Are other companies better with leveling everything out ?

It has more to do with how they are rotated and tinkering with the isolators

OK thanks. I'll try to rotate them this weekend and see how it looks.
