Check relay under the hood by air meter and relay by computer

I'm assuming you checked the emergency fuel shutoff switch? There is a inertia switch that cuts the fuel off in case the car is in a collision, but this sometimes trips from bumps, etc. On the fox body verts, it is located in the left fender well inside the trunk. It is a small box with a button on top, depress the button & the fuel flow should reactivate. On the fox coups it is located elsewhere on the rear quarter panel inside the car, behind the drivers seat.

On my 88GT hatch the inertia switch was inside the driver's rear of the taillight panel, and my fuel pump relay was underneath the driver's seat.

Late 92-93 relay is on passenger side under MAF. Older cars were under drivers seat. They are two different relays between those years too. If you want to test it, there is another relay next to the fuel relay under the MAF and they are identical. The other one is for the inertia (I think). Just swap them around and it should run the pump if that is the problem and assuming the other relay is correct. Have tested that way before and found the problem. Hope that helps.
