Ram 1500 IFS front gear swap?

Has anyone changed the gears in the front end of say a '04? Wondering if I really need to use a spreader on housing to help get front diff out. Trying to get last few things I need to swap front and rear gears out.

Are you going with 3.92's?

Putting 4.56 gears in and Yukon limited slip diff for rear.

How is brg preload performed?

Sounds like with shims against the housing.

If so, then I would recommend a spreader.
