I am hoping to make it up to PRP on sunday and just curious if i will see 13s.

Any idea what times i should be seeing. I got a 95gt 5spd with no strut bar, no back seats, no spare or tire jack, no windshield washers/ antenna, street tires. for the mods it has

Underdrive pulleys
no ac or smog
shorty headers, o/r hpipe, flowmasters
steeda tri-ax wit a ram clutch
3.73s
fresh tune-up
msd blaster coil
K&N cai
no thremostat

Will i see 13s? I have raced a couple of 13 second cars on teh street and either win or stick with them.

*If* you can get the sixties in the low, low 2.0's or better and have a trap speed of 97 mph or greater. 13's are three shifts away.

You should trap ~97-99mph with those mods. Shift it at 5000-5250 and see what it likes best, mine liked a 5250 shift point with similar mods. Depending on how good of a 60' you can get will determine if you hit 13's or not. Assuming that you are an average driver on street tires I'd guess you'd be in the 14.2-14.0 range most likely, though I hope I'm wrong and you dip into the 13's! With a 2.00-1.98 or better 60' you should see 13's.

For reference my cousin ran a 14.2 at 97mph with pulleys, an offroad X pipe, bassani cat back, home made CAI, and 3.55 gears in his 94GT 5 speed at PRP, and he's only been to the track about 2 times in his life, but he managed a 2.1 60'. His car was at full weight at the time.

You may run hotter w/o a t-stat. I had an LX that I thought I would do that with.....It was cycling the coolant too fast, it wasn’t spending time in the rad to cool.

i might have one put in by sunday. I just need to go get another one.. Troll i pm'd you about the tires..

I am alos not trying to say that i am a great driver, but when me and my gf get into a fight the car is what i get into to cool off and man i am an awesome driver when she makes me mad. I shift perfect every time at a perfect rpm. So i am going to get her to get me mad before i head out.. LOL gotta do what i gotta do

I'm thinking mid 14's maybe a little better on the nittos, most of the time a 13 sec car at the track doesn't run the same on the street, close but not the same on the streets around here.

You should have some luck with the 13s and the drag radials. Ran a 14.0 in my dads 95 5speed last year with a h-pipe, cat back, intake and old BFG drag radials. my 60' was right around 2.0. Good luck!
