Any liquid will stop a bullet depending on how deep it is.

Well yeah...but here we are talking less than 1/2" of the stuff.

While this is very interesting stuff, I can imagine that even with this liquid, getting shot still hurts like a BITCH whether it contacts your skin or not. Stopping something that weighs between 7.5 grams (115 grain 9mm round) thats moving around 1100 feet per second (about 750MPH) in 1/2" is going to leave a mark for SURE.
