The best thing i've done to my car so far is remove the rear wheel spacers, my car has better steering response, and corners better now, I also just about gave myself a hernia getting the damn things off!:goodidea:

what kind were they, i usually use a 7/16" spacer in the 94 and up stuff on the rear to get the wheels out a bit further.

I used a German torque wrench on those. Gudentight

I did not notice anything after I installed them, except for the car looking 500% better. It looks like it has big fat hips without them.

The track on the rear of 94-98 cars is 58.5" and the front is 60.60" (I think). On 99-04, Ford made the rear equal the front, so a 1" wheel spacer would make the track the same as 99-04 models. Are you gonna argue with Ford? :hide1:

they are hub and wheel centric H&R (best in biz) 25MM (1"). New from H&R, they are about $130/pair. I found those on fleabay for way cheaper... guy wrecked the front of his car and was parting out.

no i'm not argueing with anyone, but they're not going back on because, with the rear a little skinnyer than the front, the front the car will have less of a tendancy to dive going around hard corners.. i know from experiance with similar things on a smaller scale.:awsome:

yea i had to search around in my garage for a while till i found a BIG i think it was a 7/8 rachet that was about 2 to 2 1/2 feet long that got it off...my dads HD industrial electric impact wrench had no chance in moving it. hahahahaha
