Well, it is time to take my old 1600 psi power washer out to pasture. It about 10 years old and it is falling apart. Does anyone have an opinion on what to buy? I would like to stay with electric but I am not married to the idea. I will be using it a lot as I have a 500 square foot composite wood deck. Thoughts?

I love my 2750 psi Honda-powered pressure washer. I have had it for 10+ years and it works great. I think I paid about $430 for it back then. PW'd the patio, retaining wall, front steps, sidewalk, and driveway last month. Best tool I have ever bought.

Mine is also Honda powered. My dads is a 3700psi unit, also Honda powered. It's 10+yrs old and starts on the second pull.

Another one for honda here. I got a factory blemished one at the tool outlets at tanger for cheap. So far so good.

Usually not the engine that gives troubles though....seems to be the pumps that fail more times than not. Can rebuilt them but just a P.I.T.A

Same with mine. Mine does act up if the pressure from water source is low. I think the pump just gets hot.
