As I drove to St. Mary's church in Glenshaw today for a Mass for the Veterans, I was struck by how many "AMERICAN FLAGS" I did not see flying from a multitude of homes. To make matters worse, Giant Eagle, Walgreens, Firestone, National Tire, Autozone, Burger king, Pep Boys, Home Depot and numerous others were open on this "National Holiday". Just another day to make a buck. What a sad commentary on the state of our nation.
