100% serious, this is exactly why I am very interested. I just cant swing it at the moment. This is pretty much exactly what I am looking for too, comfy, hauls the kids and the car. :(

What's she rated to tow?

The Google machine says 6,100 to 6,300 depending on options.

We were planning on keeping it so over the past two years any issues have been fixed with OEM or heavy duty parts. I would like to see it go to a good home. I am socked at how smooth the engine runs and doesn't use oil, the transmission has never had any odd behavior. The AWD issue I posted about early this year was nothing at all. The wife just never used it and after using it for two days it is smooth as silk. The selector for the drivetrain has 2wd high and that is what she always used prior to meeting me. I like being able to select 2wd or awd unlike the newer vehicles.

If anyone has any questions feel free to ask.

We ran it up north to my wife's parents house to get it out on a main road and it sold to a local up there.

I had more tire kickers for this then anything I have ever sold before. I cant wait for the day the Cobra needs to go, I might strangle some people. jk

These days manual transmission = anti-theft protection.

I think its a tire kicker excuse since I had just the opposite issue with the 2004 mustang I sold because it was an auto. The problem is that money is tight and people want the world for nothing. I like making deals with the older crowd over the kids because of this. Most older people have the cash and the kids are going to the banks for loans or so they think. I had one tell me that their bank offered them 11% interest and I just shook my head.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that by 5:00 today the Envoy has a new owner.

The Envoy was picked up yesterday and it was paid for in cash. I was impressed!! I had to take the new owner to AutoZone before letting him head out with it since the battery went dead. Oh well it made me feel better knowing that I took care of the issue since we found it before the paperwork was done.I can't say that I have been treated the same before. lol
