It's a whole new league. Low end torque is redic compared to the LS3. Mag ride feels great and the steering response is unreal and changes with driving mode.

The NPP exhaust has got to be one of the best sounding factory exhausts I've heard, auto rev matching with the exhaust in race mode is silly.

None yet. Car is extremely capable and impressive stock. It was tested at 1.08g in a skidpad where the 09 Z51 was 0.95g. Truly is close to C6 Z performance.

This one does not because there's no center air dam due to the rear cooling intakes.

This is a comparison to my 08 C6 with longtubes, 3" exhaust and tune. Same dyno, 2 years apart. Auto vs manual makes a bit of a difference too I'm sure but still, that torque at 3000-3500 is great

Yeah when I dynoed my Auto C6 bone stock she put down 375rwhp, the manuals seemed to be in the 375-385 range depending on dyno so the 6L80 wasn't far off.

Not sure what the auto C7s typically put down but I know the manuals are typically 400-415.

They claim the C7 is just 90lbs heavier than the C6. I have a feeling that my C7 with a proper driver would rip my old car off the line but the old car would come around it on the top end.

My C6 ended up putting down 405/412 with a Halltech CAI this past spring, the graph I overlayed to my C7 was still with stock air intake but it was on the exact same dyno so figured it was a better comparison.

It never dynoed very well but it trapped 122mph multiple times with the headers and stock air intake, up from 116.7 when she was bone stock.

C7 was extremely impressive on track, the brakes were phenomenal I just had to learn to trust them more. Saw 1.22g multiple times and not sure if it saw more, that's just when I happened to catch the display. By the 3rd session I started getting more comfortable with it. Posted a video from my 3rd session if you go back a page. Was extremely happy with the performance of the Pilot Super Sports.

Looked it up, people are weighing their Z51 magnetic ride cars right at 3400lbs with a full tank. I never weighed my C6 but with the auto I would guess it would have been right at 3300 or high 32's

C7 must have added a good bit of weight in electronics and the new motor because they swapped the steel frame out for aluminum, swapped all the crossmembers out to hollow aluminum and the hood & roof are carbon fiber and it's still around 100lbs more.

Got the car back today after 12 days at the dealership. Needed aligned, inspected, leaky roof fixed and headlights replaced. They had an issue getting headlights in and ended up having to order one 3 times because it kept showing up broken thanks to Fedex.

Took the car 4 miles up the road from the dealer to Prestige Auto Armor and had the brand new headlights covered in XPEL Ultimate self healing clear bra. Adam did a killer job and they look awesome.

Was nice to get in the car and stretch her legs some (wife won Rock Paper Scissors to drive it up to the dealership.

Elite Engineering E2-X dual valve catch can and clean side separator installed today. Hopefully keep some oil out of the intake tract.

It’s a good time for sure. She put down 560/536 on another shops dyno in December (they did the install and initial tune) through factory manifolds and cats running out of fuel above 6100rpm. They fed me some bs about not being able to get more than 10* of timing in her. The red line in the graph was a pull on their tune yesterday just to see where it was at. Went from 540 to 614 in back to back pulls with a few adjustments and more timing. Dyno was having RPM pickup issues so torque looks whack on some pulls. Saw 614, 617, 609, 612. We figured she was in her happy place and just getting warm.

I think I may show up Saturday actually
