BAZINGA! After a quick g00gle search of the VIN, I figure out this car was originally owned by a member on here: Tom Panzo.

This is a post he made on here when he heard someone else had bought this car used:

Sean 2000GT told me you had a post about my old car. I owned the car for 3 years and it was garage kept. The car wasn't babied I had 132 passes at PRP. My best 60ft was 1.56, 11.23 1/4 mile and 125MPH in the 1/4. I had problems with 2nd gear lock out (could have been me trying to shift at too high RPM) at the track and installed the metal clutch tubing. It seemed to help some but was still happened. My plans were to have Mike install a new clutch this spring to see if that was the cure. There was never a problem shifting during normal driving. The chance came up (WIFE,'s permission) to get the Shelby 500 so I ran with it and got he car I wanted for a long time. When I traded the car at Kenny Ross I left the SCT tuner and all the original parts that was taken off when Mike put the supercharger on. I hope they finally gave you the tuner. Did they give you any warranty with the car they kept telling me that the supercharger was a problem. That they couldn't certify the car. Any other question about the car let me know.

Seems interesting that in the ebay ad, it specifically says "Car was adult owned and BABIED".

I saw that car on Craigslist. It looked like a nice car and I think they had it priced at $26,000? Seemed like a nice price? Nice car!

No one builds a car to 600+ hp and then just babies it. No matter what they tell you. Actually, I feel like if someone is intentionally saying they baby a car like that they you should assume it's been rode hard and put away wet.

There are plenty of 600hp cars here that have never participated in a timed event.
