edit - 2016 Mustang GT with performance pack

Does anyone else have a loud clunk that you can feel when upshifting to 2nd, 3rd, & 4th? It happens prior to letting the clutch out, even when you're sitting still and put it in 1st. No noise on the downshifts. It almost makes shifting not fun.

I'm expecting the dealer to say it's normal, and maybe it is, but I'd at least like it documented. I did some (a lot of) reading on it, and multiple people had success with replacing the differential bushings with the Steeda red (80 durometer) ones. For $100 and an hour time, it seems worth a shot.

What car is this on?

If this is on a 2015 it's pretty normal. Mine does it going into 1st alot unless I go real slow. In 2nd 3rd and 4th not as much anymore. The more rpm the less it does it it seems. I know alot of people with new ones commenting on it.

2016, but I saw that the 2015's seemed to have issues too.

Like Koala and the Internet said, the dealer also says it's normal ("a characteristic"). The technician knew right away what I was talking about and said I wasn't the first to come in about it.

Good enough. I'll try the differential bushings and see if it helps. If not, I'll just live with it.
