so what all would i need to run 100 shot of nitrous? is 100 shot too much?
i was thinking 255 lph pump....but what about injector size? and what about tuning? would i have to get a dynotune or could i spray it with the timing set accordingly.
edit - im talking about a wet system. but what would be needed different to run a dry system?

255 pump and some cooler plugs. 100 shot is fine, 150 starts to get iffy depending on what system it is and how it's rated.
INSANELY CRAZY

your 19# injectors are rated up to round 300-350 h/p, anything over that would need to jump up
i know people that run 100-150 shot with a 190 fuel pump

hmmm....what about tuning? what plugs needed?
nice to know my stock injectors are ok.
looking at NX kit.
Go a step cooler than what you have now. You should be allright. Also, back your timing to factory specs. 10*

good luck. i hope it works out for ya. and my buddy is running a 150 wet shot on his fox and has 190 lph with 19lb injectors but bumped up to 24 when he put the cam in.

Listen, i have enough loose parts laying around to make you the kit, the only thing you will need to by outside of what i have is a set of autolite 23 plugs..... I have ran a 150shot on tons of stock motors, they like it, hehehe... if your stock pump is newer you should not have any problems with a 100 shot. give me a cal if you are interesed, i can gice you a super deal on a kit!!!

I'd go with the 255 pump and just go for the button to activate it in conjuncion with a WOT switch.

The power from the button would go to the WOT switch and would only complete the circuit to the solenoids if you are at WOT. You want this so that there is sufficient draw throught the air intake so the nitrous won't puddle.

Nicely put Cam! Luckily for Jared, there's no AC Current involved in this one! :D

I am a safty nut, but on my systems I run power from a flip switch to a relay that closes with a window switch ( so that the n20 will only activate at a higher RPM) . It then goes through a fuel pressure safty switch and then to the solenoids. I use Zex systems so they only ativate at WOT, no extra switch there.

Unless you want the Nirtous hot anytime you are under WOT, yes, but I would have a switch to arm the system, a button to activate it and the WOT switch. And don't be cheap, get a purge kit!

A pressure gauge would be a good idea too. Bottle warmer is nice, but not a must. I don't see it listed, but I'm assuming you have solenoids, jets, lines etc.

edit - also noticed the wot switches are cheap....does brand of wot matter? should i try and stick with all matching vendors?

X2! If it was me, I'd have this done with the initial install. You can look at it as cheap peace of mind.

Still want a WOT switch. You still only want to spray when you are at WOT to keep from puddleing and going boom.

i wouldnt worry about a window switch on a single stage automatic car. those are nice for ppl with manuals or dialing in 2 stages
