What plugs would you run when spraying? How cold? They are going into a trick flow head.

1 heat range colder than stock will do the trick, but gap them down to anywhere from .028"-.035". I'd also use copper plugs, no platinum's or anything like that.

autolite 23 is what tim reccomended to me.

I'd use the Autolite 23's for the 100 shot you plan to run.

Autolite 23's will work with most heads, but if you have GT40's or something like that, they will not work. Autolite uses the last 2 digits of the spark plug number to determine heat range, so just find out which plug a "stock" application would require, then go 1 to 2 heat ranges colder. Then reduce the gap to about .033-.034, you can go to abou .038 with a full MSD ignition (i.e. 6al, coil, ditributor optional)

how much of a hit and what compresson do you have, this is how to find the heat range you need, you cant just go 1 step colder than stock, what if you are hittin it with a 300hp shot, that would need some real cold plugs and it would prob need side gapped plugs...
