blaster coil wite??

I got some new plugs and plug wires and i went to put the blaster coil wire on and it is different? it has a longer prong than wat was on it and the new one won't fit it..

the new one is on the right.. why is this? I just checked the box and it says its for a 94/95 5.0..

usually when you get wires it comes with 2 coil wires
