Ed,

Saw your old car on saturday...didn't get to see any of his passes...but it looked good in the staging lanes.

I have a couple crappy pics but no place to host them.

That was my first time at the flashlight's.....pretty cool..i had a good time. Except i lost to that chick in the supercharged LT1 camaro..twice...doh. I need some slicks like her!

:awsome: The guy and his son that bought it were pretty cool. Figured it wouldn't be long till someone saw it out somewhere. At least I know they're out having some fun with it! :3gears:

Was the son or the father driving it? The son was 16 and I'm glad to see he hasn't crashed it yet! :hyper:

Viper ED(aka i1arunit now, since he has issues), thinks I am scared of his LEAD SLED. Nothing scares me more than the fact that Viper ED thinks he actually stands a chance!!
+1 ...and your wheels look a hell of a lot better. :hide1:

One thing that you don't say is that you haven't driven that bucket of yours down a track at all this year. I'm telling ya man, you better sneak away and get some practice! :hurry:

That Kid Lives A Mile Or So From Me. Two Or Three Days After The Flashlight Draga He Wrecked It Into A Pond. An Axle Broke And He Lost It.

WOW! Did he get hurt? That rearend was out of a car with 60k miles on it. Do you know if he still has the car and how bad it was damaged?

AS FAR AS I KNOW HE DIDN'T GET HURT BUT HIS PRIDE GOT CRUSHED. HE BENT UP THE FLOOR AND ROCKER PANEL WHEN HE WENT OVER A SMALL HILL BEFORE SUBMERSING THE FRONT HALF OF IT IN THE POND:no:

Glad to hear he didn't get hurt! :woot1:

Sucks about the car though, I had alot of fun putting it together and was really happy with the way it turned out. Guess it was a good thing I gave him and his Dad the Paint codes.

He didn't seem like your typical 16 year old. I would say he acted very mature and responsible for his age. It seemed like the car was going to be more of a weekend toy for both him and his Dad. I just hope they'll be able to get it back together and go back to enjoying it! :highfive:
