Track Rental Aug 21 5:00- 8:00 pm PRP

Hey Guys:

Me and a buddy are renting the track on Aug 21 5:00-8:00 pm with a rain out date of Aug 28 5-8 pm...If anyone is interested e-mail me at MikeyMustang2000@yahoo.com

There will be limited spectators and limited walk-ins please let me know if your comming even if you want to spectate as they don't want many spectators due to insurance issues

Well it was a good night...no oil downs and i got 9-10 passes best was a 10.14@136.86 and a 10.18 @135 using 26x9 ( i think) slicks best 60 ft was 1.618 on the 10.14 run so I kinda have given up on the 9's till I do something drastic to get my 60ft's down where they should be

all other runs where 10.50's or less with one 12.2 letting off half track at the start of the runs

It was definately a good time and I also got alot of runs in as well. My best was a 11.83 @118.95 with a 1.7 60', also had a few other 11.8 runs. On my last 4 runs I missed 4th once and 3rd 3 times:eek: , must have been getting shift lag or something. I also think my clutch is slipping a little and my car ran like crap after the last run, idle is surging and car is stalling. I think a hose came loose or it has a vacuum leak, I'll check it out tomorrow. Thanks again Mike for inviting me.

I thought you were having trouble with your supercharger before? I guess you've gotten that fixed since then...:confused: Stupid scs being down and nobody knowing whats going on.

Yeah my car was running awesome, I was however VERY rusty being my first time out this year. I was playing with my tires and airbags most of the day and couldn't 60 ft to save my life, there's also something wrong with my front driver side wheel may be a bearing I'm not sure. Car was trapping 120-122 all day but my best run was an 11.80 something. I'm hitting it hard this fall and hopefully will have it where it should be by the end of the season.
