Local place to polish/chrome wheels?

Need a set of Cobra R style wheels that are in rough shape polished or chromed. I know it might be expensive but the wheels are rare SVT/Ford wheels for a T-bird/Taurus. I just bought a 9400 mi. :) '97 SHO for my DD and would like to use these. Any leads appreciated.
